Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery. If the carrier confirms that the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
